Used Quick Books, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Power Point software. I planned numerous open house events, which included organizing, marketing, and set-up for the event. I prepared outgoing mail and sorted in coming mail. I was in charge of the retail department of the clinic, maintaining $25,000 in retail inventory. As well as performing my regular management duties I also contributed with regular office check in procedures as well as multi-line phone answering and medical record up keep.

I created the weekly employee schedule, placed food and medical supply orders, monitored employee hours and tardiness, spoke with clients regarding problems and/or concerns, approve payment plans, addressed employee concerns, handled employee disciplinary actions, and conducted new hire interviews, organized employee and hospital monthly meetings, and stepped as needed in the absence of the Hospital Administrator. I maintained retail items and services as well. I also contributed several ideas for the clinic including Pet Photo ID cards. I created and typed forms and templates for the chartless system and set up all forms for electronic signature. I brought several new ideas to clinic to aid in scheduling appointments, employee scheduling, and employee productivity.
